To the extent permitted under Indonesian law, Marquon's liability for any claim arising from use of this site or our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of our services falls under the jurisdiction of the District Court (Pengadilan Negeri) of Denpasar, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions under Indonesian law.
